The Australis Collection - inspired by our beautiful and resilient country

Hello 2021! What just happened? A hard year for so many but not all bad. Many lessons about slowing down and appreciating life in all its many forms. We have finally had time to really pay attention to the world around us and there is so, so much to be grateful for. 

Firstly all our wonderful customers! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! Your continued support keeps us going! You have embraced our online platform and continued to purchase your fav pieces. Your lovely emails, messages and social media comments have inspired us so much. You really are the loveliest community!

We are also so grateful to be living in this beautiful, amazing, lucky country. We love Australia and we love Australians. Resilient, kind and always humorous, we take our inspiration from you and the amazing landscape we share. 

We just had to design for our country this season. After the bush fires that affected so many (including us here in the Blue Mountains) and then COVID, we are totally inspired by our unique and very beautiful landscape.  

We are so excited to present to you our Australis collection. 

Proteas and wattle form the print designed by beautiful young Australian textile Artist Brittany Shemmeld in two very symbolic colourways, Dusk Blue and Warm Ochre. The colours of our landscape. 

Dusk Blue for our skies and waters, which also evokes stability, tranquillity and optimism.

Ancient Ochre, the colour of our oldest rocks, earliest pigment ever used. Safe, physical, spiritual. 

We really hope you love the collection as much as we do.
